Weather Conditions: Cloudy and Overcast, 51 degrees F, rain expected in the afternoon.
 
Water Quality Observations: Low turbidity (clear water), expecting water to contain a high salt concentration due to the large amounts of snowmelt.

Stage Behind Weir: Reading 15cm, Water level estimate of (15cm+21cm) = 36cm behind weir

Estimated Flow: 7.1 cfs

Misc. Observations: Found a beer can and some metal litter in the stream
                                  Noticed a steady trickle from the storm drain outfall
                                  Snow was present on the grass surrounding the stream
